We regard the forests belonging to our group as valuable ecosystems that fulfill many important economic, ecological and social functions. We recognize our forests as a valuable renewable natural resource, a source of livelihood for people, a valuable part of the landscape, a recreational opportunity, a habitat, and an important living environment for many animals and species. In our operations in certified forests, we preserve all important forest structures and functions as required by our current standards.
We carry out all activities in our forests with respect for the above-mentioned values.
Our operations are based on the current PEFC standard requirements and we comply with all associated principles and criteria. Our group members comply with all national laws and regulations, and we require the same quality standards from all landowners, contractors, forest workers, and partners in our group.
Group members and group administration are committed to neither accepting nor offering bribes.
