We offer PEFC Chain of Custody certification for companies engaged in timber trade! We have made our service as user-friendly and straightforward as possible.
The certificate enables timber originating from non-PEFC-certified forests to be integrated into certified timber processing chains. We provide all our group members with access to a web-based timber tracking system. The database records timber purchases and sales transactions. Many of our clients also use the database application to monitor their own timber trading and timber inventories! The application allows for the printing of reports on timber trades based on different customers and time periods. Customer-specific timber trade agreements can also be stored in the database, ensuring they are securely kept for future reference! Our customers use our CoC certificate to sell timber from, for example, residential plot logging, line clearing sites, and other non-certified properties. Tracking can be implemented using three methods: physical separation, percentage method, or volume credit method. Contact us and we can determine which of these would work best for your company!
